2. Operator-Specific Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the individual policies of the bus company you booked with. These policies are usually displayed at the time of booking and in your ticket confirmation email.

In most cases:

  • Some tickets may be refundable if canceled within a certain time frame (e.g., 24–48 hours before departure).
  • Promotional or discounted fares may be non-refundable.

3. Requesting a Refund
